Working of PSA oxygen Plant

The generators are able to take in nitrogen with the help of two adsorption vessels that are equipped with high quality zeolite molecular sieves that are used for nitrogen adsorption. PSA nitrogen generators take air from the atmosphere which is sent into an air compressor and then nitrogen is separated from oxygen and other gases with the use of zeolite molecular sieves. Nitrogen generators are able to generate oxygen using the process that involves two towers filled with zeolite molecular sieves which adsorb nitrogen and then discharge waste. When nitrogen saturates from one tower, the process is starts working from the other tower and it enables in the process of continuous nitrogen production. PSA oxygen gas plants come capacities ranging from 20m3/hour to 200m3/hour.
