Nitrogen generators is made up of roots blower, control value, adsorber, vacuum pump , buffer, electronic control system and instrument control system .
In this deign there are 2 or 3 molecular sieve towers which cycle alternately-in Production and in regeneration. Feed air enters into the bottom of one tower, when passing through the adsorbent layer, N2 and the vapors are adsorbed by molecular sieve and O2 passes through the adsorbent and gathers at the top of tower, flowing out as produced gas . Meanwhile the other tower is in the process of regenerated tower and begins to produce O2 . two (or three) towers alternately adsorb and constantly produce O2.
As the regeneration of molecular sieves is done by a vacuum pump under negative pressure, it is called vacuum pressure swing adsorption, VPSATCO- P oxygen generator use PLC central control, humanized design and touch screen panel. It has high accuracy and quick start up.

Each gas has a characteristics adsorption rate that when adsorbed by carbon molecular sieve. CMS has large surface area containing volume of micro pores and passage ways. Oxygen has a higher adsorption rate than nitrogen .When compressed air enters CMS, nitrogen molecules are able to pass through this large surface .and oxygen molecules are adsorbed to the surface area.

Oxygen Filling Booster for filling cylinder:
The Booster operates on the differential piston area principle. A large area piston drives at low air pressures, drives a small area compression piston which converts input gas to higher pressure. The output gas or discharged pressure is determined by the ratio between the area of the drive piston and the operating air pressure and the available pre-charge pressure supply.
The function of the pre-charge pressure is to charge the high pressure cylinder inside the booster with gas , reducing the time need to reach high pressures
